Human Resources Generalist

Location: Denver

Schedule: Regular 40 hours per week

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

General Tasks: Liberty Oilfield Services is searching for an HR Generalist who will facilitate all phases of human resources activity. The individual will be expected to:

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Keep record of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Help Administer benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role or higher. (Or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 25% travel
  • PHR or SPHR preferred


Engineering/Geology Tech

Location: Denver

General Tasks: Support engineering and sales departments by assisting in creating maps, gathering and preparing supporting data, maintain Petra database in multiple basins.

Equipment Operator
Position Available

General Tasks:

  • Must be able to conduct proper pre/post trip inspections
  • Be able to learn to rig-up/down high and low pressure blending equipment
  • Perform basic maintenance on trucks, pumping equipment, frac iron and hoses
  • Drive various pieces of heavy equipment, operate a forklift and maintain all DOT and inspection paperwork

General Tasks:

  • Maintain, repair, and install machinery and equipment as designated, ensuring that all equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, resulting in proper functionality and minimum failures
  • Perform quality checks according to procedure and modify equipment in a timely manner

Service Supervisor

Location: Williston, Windsor

General Tasks:

Administrative Assistant

Location: Williston, Denver, Windsor

Schedule: Regular 40 hours per week

General Tasks: Act as administrative assistant for management members and receptionist for a small office with limited outside visitors. Perform various administrative and clerical duties which include but are not limited to:

  • Greet visitors; answer the phone at the reception desk
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages; receive/collect/sort/distribute mail from the mail boxes
  • Prepare and maintain document files for various departments
  • Maintain the stock, purchase, track, receive orders for office supplies
  • Maintain the stock, place orders for kitchen supplies, keep the kitchen clean. Make coffee in the morning and refill as necessary
  • Type/forward letters, documents, correspondence for managers and office personnel as needed
  • Arrange travel activities of personnel, purchase and reserve plane tickets, hotels, and other transportation as needed
  • Make necessary logistical arrangements for meetings, luncheons, etc.
  • Act as primary contact with the management and security office of the building

Engineering Tech

Location: Denver

Schedule: Regular 40 hours per week

General Tasks:

  • Filing fracture treatment reports, proposals, well information, etc.
  • Building up basic client well information prior to starting a project. The engineer and treater can then take this information to further set up necessary files
    • Knowledge of Excel to set this up is key
  • Ensuring that all our electronic data files are properly stored using a consistent filing structure
  • Maintaining our fracture treatment shared calendar
    • Calendar will eventually move to SharePoint, so knowledge of this program would be helpful
  • Building a database with all client well and fracture treatment data
    • Experience with SQL Server or other database programs is helpful
    • Data analysis may also be broken down through some type of GIS program, so that knowledge would be helpful
  • Work with our engineers to maintain reporting supplies for field and receive reports
  • Maintain treatment data and fluid specifics on fracfocus.org website
  • Help put together technical or sales information for PowerPoint presentations


Field Engineer

Location: Williston

General Tasks:

  • Fracture treatment recording and graphical display during the treatment
  • Setting up well and stage information for every well and stage
  • Keeping track of all job totals and LOS completion efficiencies
  • Maintaining LOS well completion report with stage summary, materials summary, treatment designs, client questionnaire, etc.
  • Filing all necessary electronic data files for the job, and providing these to the client and for storage in Denver
  • Create field ticket for approval to LOS supervisor and client
  • Brief stage report to LOS management following every completed stage


Staff Engineer

Location: Williston

General Tasks:

  • Updating and setting up client completion programs and frac designs; Perform an initial review of past experience to determine critical design issues, problem areas, additional data requirements, and develop a fracture design starting point. Assist in the coordination and evaluation of laboratory and field tests required to support the stimulation program.
  • On-site Quality Control/Quality Assurance services
  • Provide quality control (QC) support & treatment supervision to ensure equipment; personnel, fluids and proppants meet required standards
  • On-site real-time fracture treatment analysis. Perform on-site “real-time” analysis of diagnostic data (DFIT’s in vertical pilot wells, mini-frac and other injections) to obtain basic analysis anchor points and to help estimate achieved fracture dimensions.
  • Communication with client and client’s third-party vendors regarding all well services
  • Maintain job progression sheet
  • Provide stage and daily report to client
  • Net pressure history matching where necessary
  • Able to conduct fracture model calibration when necessary
  • Report writing, presenting of engineering results
  • Document the analysis of each treatment with an extensive post-frac report
  • Production data analysis. Evaluate and reconcile well production response with net pressure analysis (fracture modeling) findings


Accounts Payable/Accountant

Location: Denver

Schedule: Regular 40 hours per week

General Tasks: To perform accounts payable function, vendor relationships, expense reporting, sales and use tax audit, reconciliations, adhere to procedures, and assist with various duties and projects as assigned by Corporate Controller.

Iron Tech I

Location: Williston, ND

Schedule: 2 weeks on: 2 weeks off rotation

General Tasks:

  • Provide assembly and testing of various Flowline components.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close, distance, color and peripheral vision.
  • The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. Required to wear PPE, including steel toed boots, safety glasses and hard hat in most areas of facility.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • High School diploma or GED, Class A CDL required
  • Ability to read, write and speak English


Iron Tech II

Location: Williston, ND

Schedule: 2 weeks on: 2 weeks off rotation

General Tasks:

  • Assist in the installation, removal, repair and maintenance of Flowline equipment in the warehouse or on location. The Iron Tech II has a deep working knowledge of Flowline and Wellhead equipment. Iron Tech II has the ability to run Ultrasonic testing and Pressure testing with supervision.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close, distance, color and peripheral vision.
  • The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. Required to wear PPE, including steel toed boots, safety glasses and hard hat in most areas of facility.

Purchaser

Location: Williston, ND

Schedule: Regular 40 hours per week

Reports to: Operations Facilitator

General Tasks:

  • The purchaser is responsible for generating and submitting purchase orders in accordance with the company policies and procedures
  • Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives
  • Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule
  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers
  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
  • Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Previous purchasing experience preferred.


Van/Bus Driver

Location: Henderson, CO

Schedule: Full Time

General Tasks:

  • Must have Passenger Endorsement
  • Will work out of Henderson, CO yard driving employees to and from location
  • Very flexible hours (Will work mornings and evenings)
