Giving Back Where We Work

We are passionate about human freedom, opportunity, and the pursuit of human liberty. We engage with abandon in helping others expand their opportunities and freedom to pursue their dreams. We do this through corporate and personal donations of both cash and time. In fact, we place no limit on volunteer hours and we are proud of the impact we are having in our communities.

HOW WE HELP ▸

Since Liberty was founded in 2011, we have become deeply rooted in our communities. Every community is different, and since we are unable to address every need, Liberty has chosen three core focus areas:

EDUCATION

Liberty supports organizations that provide educational opportunities.

Alleviating Poverty

Liberty supports organizations dedicated to lifting people out of poverty by providing opportunities for individuals to find their own definition of success.

Military Personnel

Liberty supports organizations that provide support and opportunities for veterans, first responders, and active military personnel.

Featured Partners:

Montana Technological University

Liberty presented 17 scholarships to Butte High School students in need of financial support, helping them realize their dreams of pursuing higher education at Montana Tech. We are proud to be long-term supporters of this program and allowing these bright individuals to create their own success.

Positive Tomorrows

Positive Tomorrows is Oklahoma’s only elementary school and social service agency specifically for children and families experiencing homelessness. They are committed to clearing a path for students by removing the hurdles they face in developing academically and socially, such as transportation, hunger, and basic needs. Positive Tomorrows helps students and families through family support, education, and extracurricular opportunities. In 2022, Liberty’s El Reno team spent 60+ hours working with the families and students impacted by Positive Tomorrows. Visit Positive Tomorrows website to learn more.

Our partnership with the PSP is dedicated to addressing vital concerns spanning education, healthcare, road safety, workforce development, and housing. Together, we are committed to providing expertise, resources, and leadership to strengthen and improve the quality of life for Permian Basin residents.

Indigenous Relations ▸

Honoring Indigenous Peoples and Their Ancestral Lands

We firmly believe that True Reconciliation requires more than words – it involves a sincere commitment to tangible action, building trust, sharing in the benefits of resource development, and fostering economic and social value within Indigenous communities. Liberty Energy is proud to be on this journey towards Indigenous Reconciliation, and we look forward to continuing to learn from, grow with, and contribute to the well-being of Indigenous Peoples and their communities.

Liberty’s Indigenous Principles

Liberty Energy is committed to building and maintaining meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities and promoting economic inclusion. To achieve this commitment, our comprehensive strategy for Indigenous engagement is based on three key components:

Community Engagement

We commit to actively engaging with and being a good neighbor in the communities where we operate, fostering trust with Indigenous Peoples, and facilitating local input in discussions about Liberty’s operations.

Business & Community Development

We commit to continuously identifying opportunities for new partnerships and reaffirming existing partnerships, including opportunities in education, training, procurement, business development, and community development.

Workforce Development

We commit to promoting meaningful employment opportunities for our partners, ensuring long-term, fulfilling careers, and providing cultural awareness training programs aimed at deepening Liberty employees’ comprehension of Indigenous peoples, their cultures, and their traditions.

Indigenous Engagement Committee

Our Indigenous Engagement Committee includes an Indigenous Relations Consultant, HR Manager, Canadian Resource Manager, District Manager, Area Sales Manager, Office Manager, and many more. Feel free to contact them with any questions.

Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR) Program

Our commitment is a shared responsibility involving Liberty and its employees and contractors and we will conduct business in a manner that reflects our Indigenous Principles. Liberty will provide ongoing leadership and resources to ensure the effective implementation of the principles, including the development of implementation strategies and specific action plans.

Liberty in the Community

Liberty was founded with a passion for human freedom, opportunity, and the pursuit of human liberty. Liberty strives to be the best partner, community member, and advocate for our neighbors. We focus on minimizing operational impacts in the communities where we work by developing technologies like The Quiet Fleet, next-generation low-emission fleets, and electric digiFrac fleets, and reducing truck traffic through the use of containerized sand.
