Equipment Operator

About This Role
Must be able to conduct proper pre/post trip inspections. Also learns to rig-up/down high and low pressure blending equipment. Must be able to perform basic maintenance on trucks, pumping equipment, frac iron and hoses. Drives various pieces of heavy equipment, operates a forklift and maintains all DOT and inspection paperwork. Works safely in a team environment, and keeps work equipment and trucks clean and neat at all times.

General Tasks and Requirements

  • CDL, Class A Required
  • Pre and Post Trip Inspection
  • Performance Basic Maintenance
  • Checks all fluids and visually inspects all equipment
  • Ensure all Logbooks and pre/post trips are neat, complete, and accurate
  • Work well in team environment
  • Expected to Run Frac Equipment
  • Work well in team environment
  • Ability to think and act quickly
  • Customer / Client Focus

Rotational Position

  • Odessa, TX – 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
  • Midland, TX – 2 weeks on, 1 week off
  • Henderson, CO – 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
  • Williston, ND – 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
  • El Reno, OK – 2 weeks on, 1 week off
  • Shreveport, LA – 2 weeks on, 1 week off

Hourly Rate: $17.00-$34.00/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.

This position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on company metrics, and is paid at management discretion.
